Who you're contacting
Watchtower is built and run by NorthQA OPC, a software quality assurance company based in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. Questions about Watchtower, early access, partnerships, or your data all go to the same NorthQA team, and we answer in English.
Early access and the waitlist
Watchtower is in early access and sign-up is waitlist-only. The quickest way in is to join the waitlist on the home page; we email you when your seat opens up. If you're evaluating Watchtower for a team and want to talk first, email us with a short note about your test setup.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export, or delete the email you gave the waitlist, or to exercise any other right described in the privacy policy, email us from that address and we'll act on it.
